1. Easy Exchanges:
- You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange.
- Exchanges are processed once the item reaches our warehouse and meets our guidelines.
2. How to Request an Exchange:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Include:- Your Order ID and Email ID
- Reason for the exchange
3. Reverse Pick-Up Services:
- Reverse pick-up is available with a ₹100 deduction per order.
- The deduction applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of items.
4. Pick-Up Attempts:
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, self-shipping will be required.
- Reverse pick-up availability depends on your area pin code.
5. Self-Shipping:
- If reverse pick-up isn’t available, self-ship to our warehouse using ‘Speed Post.’
- Ensure your package includes the ORDER ID and your registered mobile number.
6. Product Condition:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with no damage.
- Exchanges won’t be processed for items in poor condition.
7. Damaged Products:
- Contact us within 1 day of receiving a damaged product.
- We will provide return instructions, and the return shipment will be our responsibility.
