Exchange

We offer a 7-day exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start an exchange, contact us at Support@alphaleo.in. If accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable. Contact us for any concerns regarding specific items.

Exchange Process

To exchange, please return the item first, and once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Shipping Information

For international buyers, orders are shipped via registered international couriers or international speed post. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped via registered domestic couriers or speed post.

Orders are shipped within 0-7 days of confirmation, depending on courier/post office norms. We are not liable for any delivery delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities but guarantee delivery to the shipping service within the stipulated time.
