Guideline For Exchange & Return

Thank you for choosing Alphaleo! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please review our Returns/Exchange Policy below:

1. Hassle-Free Returns & Exchange:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate returns or exchanges.
  • Allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

How To Request Exchange & Return :

Within 7 Days Of Receiving Your Order. If For Any Reason You Are Not Satisfied And Would Like To Exchange & Return Your Purchase, Please Email Us At Alphaleoindia@gmail.com Or Whatsapp Us At +91-9939663966 / 9137432269 With Following Details:

  •     Your Purchase ID Or Order Id.
  •     Reason Of Return Or Exchange

We Will Issue Your Exchange Once The Items Are Received In Our Warehouse And They Meet The Returns Policy Guidelines

2. Reverse Pick-Up Services:

  • We offer reverse pick-up services with a Rs 100 deduction per order.
  • The deduction is a one-time fee, regardless of the number of items in the order.

3. Pick-Up Attempts:

  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you may need to self-ship to our company address.
  • Reverse Pick-Up availability is based on your area pin code.

4. Self-Shipping for Returns:

  • If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, self-ship to our warehouse.
  • Use 'Speed Post' for reliable service, ensuring packaging mentions ORDER ID and registered mobile number.

5. Product Condition:

  • Please return products in the same condition as shipped.
  • Refund will not be provided for products in poor condition or visibly worn.

6. Non-Refundable:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Refund Process:

  • After Return Delivered, we will examine the product and notify you of your refund eligibility via email or Call within 7 working days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Damage Product Exchange:

We Generally Have Quality Control Procedure Before Shipping The Goods To Our Customer. Just In Case If The Product Shipped Is Damaged, The Return Shipment Will Remain Our Responsibility.

  • Contact us within 1 day of receiving damaged products via Instagram or phone.
  • We will provide instructions for the return process.

 

Please Make Sure Following Return Policy Guidelines Are Met:

  • Items Are Packaged Back In Original Packaging With Original Bill.
  • Items Must Be Not Damaged Unworn & Unwashed (No Distinct Odors, Blemishes, Signs Of Wear Etc.)

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Alphaleoindia@gmail.com and send your item to: The Alpha Male, Rock onn fashion, shop no7/9 , colaba causway ,opp electric house, 400001 Mumbai MH, India. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
