  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange.
  • Exchanges are processed once the item reaches our warehouse and meets our guidelines.

2. How to Request an Exchange:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

    Include:
    • Your Order ID and Email ID
    • Reason for the exchange

3. Reverse Pick-Up Services:

  • Reverse pick-up is available with a ₹100 deduction per order.
  • The deduction applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of items.

4. Pick-Up Attempts:

  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, self-shipping will be required.
  • Reverse pick-up availability depends on your area pin code.

5. Self-Shipping:

  • If reverse pick-up isn’t available, self-ship to our warehouse using ‘Speed Post.’
  • Ensure your package includes the ORDER ID and your registered mobile number.

6. Product Condition:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with no damage.
  • Exchanges won’t be processed for items in poor condition.

7. Damaged Products:

  • Contact us within 1 day of receiving a damaged product.
  • We will provide return instructions, and the return shipment will be our responsibility.
