ALPHALEO - RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Alphaleo! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please review our Returns/Exchange Policy below:

1. Hassle-Free Returns & Exchange:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate returns or exchanges.
  • Allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

2. Reverse Pick-Up Services:

  • We offer reverse pick-up services with a Rs 100 deduction per order.
  • The deduction is a one-time fee, regardless of the number of items in the order.

3. Pick-Up Attempts:

  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you may need to self-ship to our company address.
  • Reverse Pick-Up availability is based on your area pin code.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the return pick-up.

5. Product Condition:

  • Please return products in the same condition as shipped.
  • Refund will not be provided for products in poor condition or visibly worn.

6. Processing Time:

  • Allow 7 days for returns to be processed and the refund to reflect in your bank account.

7. Payment Method Note:

  • Refund/Bank transfer is applicable only for prepaid orders/online payments.

8. Non-Refundable:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Customer Support:

  • Monday-Sunday, 10 am-8 pm. Pending queries will be prioritized the next day.
  • We do not address customer queries on WhatsApp.

10. Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are possible until the order is dispatched.

11. Hygiene Standards:

  • Certain product categories, including accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

12. Refunds for Free Product Deals:

  • Items purchased during BOGO Sale or similar promotions are not eligible for returns.

13. Self-Shipping for Returns:

  • If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, self-ship to our warehouse.
  • Use 'Speed Post' for reliable service, ensuring packaging mentions ORDER ID and registered mobile number.

14. Terms and Conditions:

  • Bank details provided by the customer are final; any errors are not the brand's responsibility.
  • Contact us within 24 hours if you receive an order delivery status but haven't received the package.
  • Customers must take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession.

15. Damaged Products:

  • Contact us within 1 day of receiving damaged products via Instagram or phone.
  • We will provide instructions for the return process.

16. Refund Process:

  • Upon return, we will examine the product and notify you of your refund eligibility via email within 30 working days.
